The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Cristo Danel got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Cesar Domingues sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Václav Budka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 9th minute Mörknäs Electric Vikings were awarded a corner. Per-Arne Åström went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Roald Carlos managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Vasconline were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Mörknäs Electric Vikings's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mateo Telmo took the corner. Gunnar Lidberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateo Telmo's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Cesar Domingues's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Václav Budka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Telmo in the 21st minute of play forced Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goalkeeper Gunnar Lidberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th match minute, Mörknäs Electric Vikings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Danel to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute of the match Vitinho Braga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gunnar Lidberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 30th minute of the match Mörknäs Electric Vikings got a corner. Vasconline's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Per-Arne Åström ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gunnar Lidberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateo Telmo's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Vasconline's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mateo Telmo in the 38th minute. If Cesar Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cesar Domingues to make the kick off. Cesar Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Václav Budka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Gunnar Lidberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Václav Budka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Domingues in the 55th minute of the match. Cristo Danel kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Gunnar Lidberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Telmo in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vasconline's goalkeeper Václav Budka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Pawel Witkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mörknäs Electric Vikings made a substitution. Jack Ekenberg replaced Cesar Domingues. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Peter Falck was substituted for Per-Arne Åström. In the 73rd minute, Jack Ekenberg made a precise shot to the right of Václav Budka. Vasconline's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Gunnar Lidberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Telmo in the 79th minute of play. After having played for 82 minutes, Cristo Danel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Danel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88thth minute of the game Jack Ekenberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vasconline's Václav Budka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goalkeeper Gunnar Lidberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pawel Witkowski. A sloppy throw-in by Wágner Branco in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Dragan Ninković. After a rather tough play, Vasconline's Wágner Branco got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Mörknäs Electric Vikings support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
