Tommy Björkdahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arneil Trossero having to interfere. Brutal DeLuxe's Nils Lindkvist quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Birger Stensson, made in the 29th minute of the game. Arneil Trossero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reine Gudmundsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Birger Stensson hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, AC Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Reine Gudmundsson came free, but Arneil Trossero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birger Stensson got a throw-in 41 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kjell Hallgren. After having played for 45 minutes, Tommy Björkdahl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brutal DeLuxe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tommy Björkdahl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Michel Frisck's late challenge caught a AC Milan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Michel Frisck helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd minute, Michel Frisck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brutal DeLuxe's attentive Nils Lindkvist managed to snatch the ball when Birger Stensson made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. Ingemar Beckman hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Birger Stensson in the 68th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Brutal DeLuxe's Nils Lindkvist. In the 69th minute of the game Kjell Hallgren made a throw-in which Linus Skoglund played forward. Arneil Trossero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reine Gudmundsson in the 72nd minute of the match. Roger Lindholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Runeberg having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reine Gudmundsson in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arneil Trossero saved AC Milan from getting behind. In the 87th minute of the game Birger Stensson made a throw-in which Adam Bergdal played forward. Arneil Trossero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reine Gudmundsson in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AC Milan fans cheered their team off the field, for while Brutal DeLuxe had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
