Zabal Araoz kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Jochum Kurdahl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hoberg United's supporters rose to their feet, but Jochum Kurdahl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luix Alzaga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nuno Tovilleja hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Teddi Engbøl kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Hoberg United's Don Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ikatz Almuzara in the 14th minute of play. Piet Ørslev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luix Alzaga having to interfere. The supporters of Hoberg United booed when Metanse el Sim por culo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ikatz Almuzara didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Hoberg United's Oluf Stensvang got a free kick in the 25th minute. After having played for 28 minutes, Ikatz Almuzara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Metanse el Sim por culo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ikatz Almuzara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jochum Kurdahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Luix Alzaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roger Garavito kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Intxixu Sampayo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute, Sander Venge sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Metanse el Sim por culo's Luix Alzaga didn't even have to move.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jochum Kurdahl to make the kick off. Hoberg United's Teddi Engbøl got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 61 played minutes Metanse el Sim por culo got a freekick which was hit by Celio Tijero. When Jochum Kurdahl came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Hoberg United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jochum Kurdahl couldn't finish the play. In the 68th match minute, Metanse el Sim por culo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nahia Serna to maneuver through the defense. Luix Alzaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jochum Kurdahl in the 70th minute of the match. If Piet Ørslev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Håkon Mylliin's late challenge caught a Metanse el Sim por culo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Håkon Mylliin helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hoberg United getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Håkon Mylliin hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Nahia Serna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Don Schmeichel was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
