Sundens BK's Richard Ek got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sundens BK's Axel Mellberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stellan Wallmark in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Richard Ek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Sikström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Felix Arenstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Stellan Wallmark had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Axel Mellberg. Sundens BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stellan Wallmark was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ludwig Björk charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ludwig Björk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sundens BK getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ludwig Björk hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Pål Arvidsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Arenstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Axel Mellberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. When Sundborn IF's Stellan Wallmark in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sundens BK's goalie prevented a goal. 42 minutes into the match, Sundens BK's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Salah came free, but Axel Mellberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lukas Aspengren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Hugo Sikström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lukas Aspengren made a kick off. Sundborn IF's Hugo Sikström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukas Aspengren in the 51st minute of play. In the 54th minute, Stellan Wallmark got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Sundens BK fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Sundens BK's Lukas Aspengren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 62nd match minute, Sundens BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Hellsing to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Sikström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukas Aspengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 73rd minute, Lukas Aspengren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sundens BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Sundens BK's zone, Stellan Wallmark stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Mellberg came out of the goal and Stellan Wallmark tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mohamed Salah received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Axel Mellberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Mohamed Salah slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 90th minute. Sundborn IF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
