Kaj Hård could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Erasmo Urbez made a huge save. With a little luck, Leon Sport Club's Erasmo Urbez got control of the ball when Kaj Hård tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erasmo Urbez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kaj Hård showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Sven Nordkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 14 played minutes Leon Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Oswaldo Talavera. 17 minutes into the game, Kaj Hård lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Erasmo Urbez. Atakan Pepe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. spikarna's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in spikarna's zone, Eriberto Capixaba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lars Norberg came out of the goal and Eriberto Capixaba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Giovanni Massa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erasmo Urbez acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 28th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Rickard Alefors. Rafinha Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Leon Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Nordkvist came free, but Erasmo Urbez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Kaj Hård almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Leon Sport Club's Erasmo Urbez did a great save. Jon Loarte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lars Norberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Jon Loarte came free, but Lars Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 41 minutes on the clock, Olof Hamnberg commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave Leon Sport Club a penalty, 43 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eriberto Capixaba, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of spikarna's Lars Norberg. 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jon Loarte to make the kick off. Jon Loarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giovanni Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Norberg having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Valdo Prado came free, but Lars Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 played minutes Leon Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Rafinha Silva. Lars Norberg made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Jon Loarte sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd match minute, spikarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaj Hård to maneuver through the defense. Giovanni Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Norberg having to interfere. Lars Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Loarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute of the match Leon Sport Club got a corner. spikarna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eriberto Capixaba ran over to the corner to take the kick. Valdo Prado hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Lars Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Loarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Kaj Hård blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erasmo Urbez having to make a save. Marcel Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Norberg having to interfere. Leon Sport Club's Davi Alexandridis was substituted for Giovanni Massa. Lars Norberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valdo Prado in the 83rd minute.
