The audience thought a goal was coming when Irwin Monney got free with Joe Camp in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gilles Clerc blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joe Camp having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilles Clerc in the 14th minute of play forced Cats and dogs's goalkeeper Joe Camp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Felix Emmanuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Felix Emmanuel notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Zelg FC's Sepp Mainville. Sepp Mainville was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Hamard came free, but Sepp Mainville reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joe Camp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Herz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Gilles Clerc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joe Camp was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Sepp Mainville showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Emmanuel in the 39th minute of the match. With a little luck, Cats and dogs's Joe Camp got control of the ball when Gilles Clerc tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sam Yilmaz's late challenge caught a Zelg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sam Yilmaz helped the player get up and apologised. After 42 played minutes Cats and dogs got a freekick which was hit by Sam Yilmaz. Jonas Herz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joe Camp came out and tried to block the shot, but Jonas Herz slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 45th minute. With an all-out effort, Zelg FC's Joe Camp threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Irwin Monney, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonas Herz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Zelg FC's Jonas Herz in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cats and dogs's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Cats and dogs booed when Zelg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefano Hubli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cats and dogs's Joe Camp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilles Clerc in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Zelg FC's Jonas Herz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joe Camp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Joe Camp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irwin Monney in the 66th minute of the match. Sepp Mainville made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Felix Emmanuel sent off a good shot on target. Irwin Monney might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joe Camp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Irwin Monney ran back to his position shaking his head. Joe Camp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irwin Monney, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Zelg FC's Jonas Herz in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cats and dogs's goalie prevented a goal. Jonas Herz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zelg FC's Rodolphe Blazsovies was substituted for Irwin Monney. Cats and dogs made a substitution. Gaétan Bouchard replaced Felix Emmanuel. Nicolas Hamard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Sepp Mainville made a huge save. 81 minutes into the match, Cats and dogs's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Herz came free, but Joe Camp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Herz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joe Camp having to interfere. Sepp Mainville showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Hamard, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. A nice corner shot did that Nicolas Hamard got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sepp Mainville quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 93rd minute, Gilles Clerc left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zelg FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. After a rather tough play, Cats and dogs's Sam Yilmaz got a free kick in the 95th minute.
