Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabrício Lopes in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilbert Lampe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enzo Pellecchia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilbert Lampe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After taking down the ball on VB-Team's corner Hafız Öztekin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gilbert Lampe quite easily take care of the ball. Gilbert Lampe made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Fabrício Lopes sent off a good shot on target. Fabrício Lopes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Gilbert Lampe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fabrício Lopes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Gilbert Lampe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fabrício Lopes came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gilbert Lampe could save by the left post. Gilbert Lampe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervásio Severiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 39 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Rydzewski came free, but Baltasar Matias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Álvaro Rezende hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Fabrício Lopes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Gilbert Lampe made a huge save. 42 minutes into the match, FC Szombry's goal looked a bit too open when Gervásio Severiano came free, but Gilbert Lampe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabrício Lopes to make the kick off. 2-0 became the score in the 59th minute when Fabrício Lopes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Gilbert Lampe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrício Lopes in the 62nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabrício Lopes in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilbert Lampe saved FC Szombry from getting behind. When VB-Team's Fabrício Lopes in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Szombry's goalie prevented a goal. Hafız Öztekin took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilbert Lampe. Gilbert Lampe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. VB-Team made a substitution. Arthur Guerra replaced Sandro Leitão. In the 70th minute, Fabrício Lopes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, FC Szombry's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrício Lopes came free, but Gilbert Lampe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilbert Lampe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrício Lopes in the 73rd minute of play. Gilbert Duda kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervásio Severiano in the 75th minute of play forced FC Szombry's goalkeeper Gilbert Lampe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, VB-Team's Fabrício Lopes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilbert Lampe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luís Braga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Gilbert Lampe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabrício Lopes in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilbert Lampe saved FC Szombry from getting behind. After 81 minutes FC Szombry's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hafız Öztekin who took care of the corner kick. The corner led VB-Team's Fabrício Lopes to fire away a dangerous shot which Gilbert Lampe despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabrício Lopes in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilbert Lampe saved FC Szombry from getting behind. In the 84th minute Fabrício Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Lampe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 87 minutes, Hafız Öztekin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VB-Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hafız Öztekin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. VB-Team's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
