The audience thought a goal was coming when Lech Biskupiak got free with Petre Encuțescu in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 3rd match minute, Riesgo Cero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reasco Das to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute Kubilay İmge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Encuțescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute Cássio Rocks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Zecku was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Vaz to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Vladimirescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Riesgo Cero players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zecku were winning 0-2.
Cristian Vladimirescu came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Zecku's Jairo Sidro. But to his dismay, Jairo Sidro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of Zecku booed when Riesgo Cero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kubilay İmge didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cássio Rocks got free with Cristian Vladimirescu in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Rocks in the 58th minute of play forced Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Cristian Vladimirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Vladimirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Sidro in the 61st minute of play. After 66 minutes of play, Riesgo Cero's Santo Damario made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petre Encuțescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zecku's Petre Encuțescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kubilay İmge in the 69th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Lech Biskupiak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute Jairo Sidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Vladimirescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivor Peake in the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Cristian Vladimirescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cássio Rocks. Amadeo Firman succeeded in the game's 91st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Zecku walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
