When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Jacek Domeradzki sped through BURITIS FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Penko Toninski. Matías Teles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 minutes of play, Bialski Bastion Legii's Boguslaw Bartochowski made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Penko Toninski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute, Joel Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Jerzy Gonsiewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Penko Toninski was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. After 25 minutes BURITIS FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marian Radziszewski who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Bialski Bastion Legii's Marian Radziszewski to fire away a dangerous shot which Penko Toninski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Juarês Palmeira hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Penko Toninski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boguslaw Bartochowski in the 28th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in BURITIS FC's zone, Jacek Domeradzki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Penko Toninski came out of the goal and Jacek Domeradzki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Gonsiewski in the 32nd minute of play forced BURITIS FC's goalkeeper Penko Toninski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Penko Toninski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Puzio in the 34th minute of the match. The corner ended in Marian Radziszewski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BURITIS FC's Penko Toninski did a great save. 37 minutes into the match, BURITIS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Puzio came free, but Penko Toninski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Penko Toninski had great luck who in the 37thth minute grab hold of the ball when Boguslaw Bartochowski from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After having played for 40 minutes, Jerzy Gonsiewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bialski Bastion Legii's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerzy Gonsiewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in BURITIS FC's zone, Jerzy Gonsiewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Penko Toninski came out of the goal and Jerzy Gonsiewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind BURITIS FC's goalkeeper Penko Toninski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Penko Toninski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boguslaw Bartochowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boguslaw Bartochowski in the 51st minute of play forced BURITIS FC's goalkeeper Penko Toninski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerzy Gonsiewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Penko Toninski having to interfere. Afonso Campidelis's late challenge caught a Bialski Bastion Legii's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Afonso Campidelis helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bialski Bastion Legii booed when BURITIS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Campidelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacek Domeradzki struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Penko Toninski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bialski Bastion Legii. 77 minutes into the match, BURITIS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Puzio came free, but Penko Toninski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was beautiful to see Bialski Bastion Legii's Marian Radziszewski in action when he in the 98th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Bialski Bastion Legii walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
