In the 88th minute Tomas Lucero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmond Verdun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Tomas Lucero could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Edmond Verdun however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Lucero got free with Edmond Verdun in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Máximo Portero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Ado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute Emílio Terra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Portero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Errecaborda AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
