With a little luck, Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun got control of the ball when Mauro Silvino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emil Arendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emílio Terra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Rameriz in the 11th minute of play forced C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C. A. Potrero's Mauro Silvino was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 15th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 19 minutes into the game, Emílio Terra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Emil Arendarski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Prospero Jerardo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. C. A. Potrero's Karol Borowski got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emil Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emílio Terra in the 30th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Karol Borowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edmond Verdun. That made the score 2-1 in the 31 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karol Borowski in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmond Verdun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karol Borowski in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edmond Verdun saved Errecaborda AFC from getting behind. Emil Arendarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emílio Terra, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karol Borowski got free with Edmond Verdun in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Errecaborda AFC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Joe Tate hit a great ball. Clemente Silviano made in the 40th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Miguel Savion. After a defensive mix-up in Errecaborda AFC's zone, Karol Borowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmond Verdun came out of the goal and Karol Borowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Joe Tate made the kick off in the second half. Emil Arendarski was a little too slow when Pastor Ado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 2-2. C. A. Potrero made a substitution. Mateusz Marajda replaced Mariano Orlo. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Emil Arendarski managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Errecaborda AFC's Emílio Terra fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joe Tate scored 2-3 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Arendarski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. C. A. Potrero's Baldomero Abad was substituted for Mauro Silvino. After having played for 75 minutes, Baldomero Abad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. A. Potrero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Abad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute Karol Borowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmond Verdun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pastor Ado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Emil Arendarski made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Joe Tate took a quick shot and it went in 3-4 without a chance for Emil Arendarski to make any attempt to save it. The Errecaborda AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
