In the 39th minute, Dalmacio Gaitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Iliana came free, but Lorenzo Macias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

SAN LORENZO FC's Ciriaco Cordarrell was substituted for Sebastian Iliana. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Delmar Manex to make the kick off. After 59 played minutes SAN LORENZO FC got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Gaitano. After a defensive mix-up in El Fortín de Floresta's zone, Ciriaco Cordarrell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Macias came out of the goal and Ciriaco Cordarrell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudio Berriotxoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Manex in the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's Ciriaco Cordarrell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lorenzo Macias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ciriaco Cordarrell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Lorenzo Macias made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 67th minute of play forced El Fortín de Floresta's goalkeeper Lorenzo Macias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudio Berriotxoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Manex, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciriaco Cordarrell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. El Fortín de Floresta made a substitution. Eliseo Frutos replaced Afonsinho do Vale. SAN LORENZO FC made a substitution. Froilan Jatsu replaced Isaias Rosario. In the 86th minute, Ciriaco Cordarrell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lorenzo Macias was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ciriaco Cordarrell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lorenzo Macias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of El Fortín de Floresta booed when SAN LORENZO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Styles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Berriotxoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Selmo in the 93rd minute of the match. Claudio Berriotxoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Selmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The El Fortín de Floresta supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SAN LORENZO FC's performance. The match ended with a win for SAN LORENZO FC.
