Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Evelio Medardo kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the match, Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Gabino came free, but Gavino Olo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Margarita getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Ignacio Garikoitz hit a great ball. Gavino Olo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnaldo Gabino went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 7th minute Froilan Arnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Olo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Margarita's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ermegildo Jaunti was slow to take the kick. During this time LegionArgentina's players had a chance to rest. Pedro Errolan thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Gavino Olo, a very annoying self made goal in the 8th minute which led to 0-2. In the 11th match minute, Margarita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Vincente to maneuver through the defense. Gavino Olo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Arnas, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Gavino Olo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Arnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute Alvaro Ferrando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Tono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, LegionArgentina's Arnaldo Gabino got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 25 minutes of play, LegionArgentina's Florentino Vargas made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavino Olo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gavino Olo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julián Álvarez in the 33rd minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 35 minutes into the game, when Generoso Gau put in a rough tackle. A collision led to LegionArgentina getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Generoso Gau hit a great ball. After 38 minutes, Florentino Vargas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LegionArgentina and the Margarita players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Margarita booed when LegionArgentina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Vargas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavino Olo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Arnas in the 41st minute of play. LegionArgentina's Hipolito Tono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Medardo in the 42nd minute of play. Gavino Olo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Gabino in the 46th minute of play. Froilan Arnas took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gavino Olo. Gavino Olo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After the first half LegionArgentina were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Froilan Arnas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, LegionArgentina's Gaspar Berriotxoa got a free kick in the 56th minute. When Margarita's Evelio Medardo in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LegionArgentina's goalie prevented a goal. After 58 minutes, Ermegildo Jaunti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LegionArgentina and the Margarita players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 played minutes LegionArgentina got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Jaunti. After 62 played minutes LegionArgentina got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Arnas. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Gartzen during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th minute, Benjamin Gartzen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Arnaldo Gabino could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Gavino Olo however easily saved by the left post. 69 minutes into the match, Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Arnas came free, but Gavino Olo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Margarita's Gavino Olo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Vargas in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Arnas in the 74th minute of play forced Margarita's goalkeeper Gavino Olo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, LegionArgentina's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Medardo came free, but Hipolito Tono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Margarita's Gavino Olo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Margarita from getting a goal against them. Benjamin Gartzen struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Gavino Olo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LegionArgentina. Froilan Arnas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Olo having to interfere. If Arnaldo Gabino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
