Arno Lauwers charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arno Lauwers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Napoleón 2018 made a substitution. Aurelio Duardo replaced Victorino Benat. Arno Lauwers kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Napoleón 2018 getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Clemente Qwinton hit a great ball. 9 minutes into the match, YR Mechelen's Arnauld Van Eynde sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urbano Faro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Napoleón 2018's Aurelio Duardo got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, YR Mechelen's Stanny Van Wontergem got a free kick in the 21st minute. Adrian Rosalio took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roni Van Hoyveldt. Roni Van Hoyveldt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Adrian Rosalio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roni Van Hoyveldt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Adrian Rosalio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roni Van Hoyveldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Rosalio in the 30th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Napoleón 2018's Roni Van Hoyveldt threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adrian Rosalio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Delmiro Galsino hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Arnauld Van Eynde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Faro having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Daniel Oidor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roni Van Hoyveldt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Aurelio Duardo came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Napoleón 2018 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Duardo couldn't finish the play. Delmiro Galsino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Roni Van Hoyveldt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnauld Van Eynde to make the kick off. Roni Van Hoyveldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Rosalio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roni Van Hoyveldt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Oidor in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Galsino in the 60th minute of play forced YR Mechelen's goalkeeper Roni Van Hoyveldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, YR Mechelen's Roel Van Den Eijnde got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After 63 minutes, Laureano Lucero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Napoleón 2018 and the YR Mechelen players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 64 played minutes Napoleón 2018 got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Lucero. In the 66th minute, Adrian Rosalio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roni Van Hoyveldt was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When Corneel Van Mechelen fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored YR Mechelen's protests and gave Corneel Van Mechelen a yellow card for diving instead. Corneel Van Mechelen hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Esteve Argina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. YR Mechelen's Roni Van Hoyveldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Oidor in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Napoleón 2018's Daniel Oidor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roni Van Hoyveldt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Napoleón 2018's Clemente Qwinton got a free kick in the 79th minute. Delmiro Galsino scored 4-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roni Van Hoyveldt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. YR Mechelen's Ricky Tilemans got his second yellow card of the match in the 84th minute. The referee ordered Ricky Tilemans off the ground. YR Mechelen's Roni Van Hoyveldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Oidor in the 86th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Benoit Clinckspoor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Rosalio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Napoleón 2018 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
