Eulalio Ellande hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Eduardo Mattin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Nofre in the 16th minute of the match. The supporters of DREAM TEAM WORLD booed when Deportivo Balvanera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Inautzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Deportivo Balvanera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cayetano Behe should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaime Oxel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
