Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Santiago Meckel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With his leg Santiago Meckel managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Piratas FC's Saturnino Roldan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 27 minutes into the game, Gaspar Montxo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piratas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trapiche the free kick. The supporters of Trapiche booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Montxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A nice corner shot did that David Cordarius got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Santiago Meckel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some careless play in the Piratas FC defense, Juan Ramalho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulino Lizer. The Piratas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulino Lizer should have stopped the shot. In the 34th match minute, Trapiche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Nofre to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Teodoro Casomiro made a precise shot to the right of Santiago Meckel. Trapiche's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Hanot in the 42nd minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Paulino Lizer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Leon Norino made a precise shot to the right of Paulino Lizer. Piratas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. During the 46th minute of the match Alejo Claus completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alejo Claus a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodoro Casomiro was the one to do the kick off. Juan Ramalho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Paulino Lizer made a huge save. In the 61st minute, Pedro Pasculli fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Paulino Lizer, passed just outside the right post. With a little luck, Piratas FC's Paulino Lizer got control of the ball when Juan Ramalho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Trapiche's Santiago Meckel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Elizardo in the 65th minute of play. Juan Ramalho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Paulino Lizer made a huge save. Paulino Lizer made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Juan Ramalho sent off a good shot on target. In the 71stth minute of the game Teodoro Casomiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trapiche's Santiago Meckel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Piratas FC's Paulino Lizer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilmar Lõvi in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Piratas FC's Alvaro Martxot got a free kick in the 80th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Dahlquist got free with Paulino Lizer in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Piratas FC's zone, Guaberto Betadur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Lizer came out of the goal and Guaberto Betadur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Trapiche made a substitution. Modesto Munio replaced Juan Ramalho. In the 89th play minute Guaberto Betadur came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Paulino Lizer. 1-3. Paulino Lizer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Munio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Trapiche booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Itzaina didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Ernesto Itzaina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute, Luis Perico reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Paulino Lizer. The goal made the score 1-4. Trapiche played a much better game than Piratas FC and deserved their victory. The Piratas FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
