Alfredo Joey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 54th minute, Jacob Albuquerque ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Joey was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 60 minutes into the match, KaoS Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jhonny Del Fierro came free, but Pierluigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KaoS Futbol Club's Igor Lebas was substituted for Jacob Albuquerque. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palermo's goalkeeper Alfredo Joey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, KaoS Futbol Club's Igor Lebas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfredo Joey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alfredo Joey was left in no man's land by his defense there! Palermo's Anacleto Itzaina was substituted for Arkadiusz Glowacki. A sloppy throw-in by Isaias Grove in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by KaoS Futbol Club's Noel Hargrave. For all the effort they put into the match, the Palermo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for KaoS Futbol Club.
