An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Mambru in the 4th minute of play forced Romos FC's goalkeeper Calistrat Romaşcanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romos FC's Calistrat Romaşcanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Firmin in the 7th minute of play. Calistrat Romaşcanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Firmin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Calistrat Herescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Benvide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Calistrat Romaşcanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Mambru in the 17th minute of the match. Ioan Mustăcilă was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 19 minutes into the match. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Romos FC! Calistrat Romaşcanu had in the 20thth minute some difficulties stopping Jonas Evangelista's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 21st minute, Jonas Evangelista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Calistrat Romaşcanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Romos FC's Calistrat Herescu got a free kick in the 24th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Halcones's zone, Calistrat Herescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Benvide came out of the goal and Calistrat Herescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Calistrat Romaşcanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Firmin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th match minute, Halcones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Meder to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the game, Silviu Buzatu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Romos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Halcones the free kick. A collision led to Romos FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Silviu Buzatu hit a great ball. Răzvan Jurcuț hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Calistrat Herescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leon Mambru to strike the kick off in the second half. Petruț Roşca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Halcones's Leon Mambru got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Silviu Buzatu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Halcones's Javier Firmin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Calistrat Romaşcanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Calistrat Herescu took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduardo Benvide. Eduardo Benvide dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Calistrat Romaşcanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Firmin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 minutes, Răzvan Jurcuț mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Romos FC and the Halcones players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 65 played minutes Romos FC got a freekick which was hit by Răzvan Jurcuț. Mauro Meder's late challenge caught a Romos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauro Meder helped the player get up and apologised. Mauro Meder kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Eduardo Benvide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petruț Roşca, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Halcones's zone, Petruț Roşca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Benvide came out of the goal and Petruț Roşca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petruț Roşca in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardo Benvide prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Halcones's Javier Firmin got a free kick in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, Romos FC's Răzvan Jurcuț got a free kick in the 77th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Calistrat Romaşcanu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Petruț Roşca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Eduardo Benvide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Romos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Firmin came free, but Calistrat Romaşcanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Jonas Evangelista almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Romos FC's Calistrat Romaşcanu did a great save.
