The audience thought a goal was coming when Stefan Rukszcz got free with Edvin Olsson in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, KKS Magines's Feliks Jakisz got a free kick in the 18th minute. Edvin Olsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Rosen in the 21st minute. After 22 minutes, Torbjörn Hägglund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IFK Gladdarna and the KKS Magines players grew even worse after the yellow card.
