Taltun SC's Norbert Dabrowski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luiz Fernando de Lara in the 17 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Flavio Cifuentes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taltun SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Cifuentes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When Flavio Cifuentes came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Taltun SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Cifuentes couldn't finish the play. After 47 minutes Poetass FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Norbert Dabrowski who took care of the corner kick. Norbert Dabrowski made a great header on Taltun SC's corner, it was just that Poetass FC's Moisés Arruda managed to reach the ball for a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kalle Billberg was the one to do the kick off.
