In the 32ndth minute of the game Umberto Dionísio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Caspiy's Petr Putyatin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benedito Mineiro took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petr Putyatin. Petr Putyatin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Umberto Dionísio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petr Putyatin was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. After some careless play in the FC Caspiy defense, Benedito Mineiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petr Putyatin. The FC Caspiy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petr Putyatin should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Dionísio in the 44th minute of play forced FC Caspiy's goalkeeper Petr Putyatin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petr Putyatin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto Dionísio, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After some careless play in the FC Caspiy defense, Mauro Sarmento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petr Putyatin. The FC Caspiy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petr Putyatin should have stopped the shot. Benedito Mineiro scored 0-9 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petr Putyatin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Petr Putyatin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedito Mineiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Petr Putyatin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mauro Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luisinho Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Petr Putyatin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Castanheiro SC's Célio Vianna got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arkhip Repin charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arkhip Repin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 96 minutes into the match, Umberto Dionísio notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of FC Caspiy's Petr Putyatin. Petr Putyatin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Castanheiro SC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
