In the 4th minute, Coupon Busters II AR's Jeremias Milian seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jeremias Milian the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Coupon Busters II AR protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jeremias Milian had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Ivo Vošický recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th match minute, FC Kopeto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ota Matyska to maneuver through the defense. Jakub Picka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Pacorro in the 9th minute of the match. FC Kopeto's Jakub Picka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Bernat in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th minute Ernesto Bernat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakub Picka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Adolfo Etxepare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zdeněk Zemánek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Artemio Edwardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Coupon Busters II AR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Modestio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Bernat in the 35th minute of play forced FC Kopeto's goalkeeper Jakub Picka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakub Picka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Bernat in the 39th minute of play. Ernesto Bernat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 45 minutes into the match, FC Kopeto's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Bernat came free, but Jakub Picka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernesto Bernat to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, FC Kopeto's Jakub Picka got control of the ball when Ernesto Bernat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Blas Blai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakub Picka having to interfere. When Zdeněk Zemánek fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kopeto's protests and gave Zdeněk Zemánek a yellow card for diving instead. Artemio Edwardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivo Vošický went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Coupon Busters II AR's zone, Zdeněk Zemánek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Edwardo came out of the goal and Zdeněk Zemánek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Liboslav Calta during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Kopeto getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Liboslav Calta hit a great ball. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Kopeto's goalkeeper Jakub Picka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. During the 67th minute of the match Zdeněk Zemánek completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zdeněk Zemánek a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Coupon Busters II AR booed when FC Kopeto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdeněk Zemánek didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, FC Kopeto's goalkeeper Jakub Picka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernesto Bernat. Ivo Vošický sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Coupon Busters II AR players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
