After 14 played minutes Xeneizes got a freekick which was hit by Astor Ranolfo. 15 minutes into the match, 刀モ尸ロ尺イﾉレロ イﾉG尺モら™'s Eliseo Dantae sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enrique Batista narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21stth minute of the game Teobaldo Truylos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xeneizes's Enrique Batista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Melquiades Gaztea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Azibar in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, 刀モ尸ロ尺イﾉレロ イﾉG尺モら™'s goal looked a bit too open when Lucca Langoni came free, but Melquiades Gaztea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Lucca Langoni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melquiades Gaztea. 刀モ尸ロ尺イﾉレロ イﾉG尺モら™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucca Langoni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucca Langoni in the 33rd minute of play forced 刀モ尸ロ尺イﾉレロ イﾉG尺モら™'s goalkeeper Melquiades Gaztea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Nel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the game, Eusebio Cordarin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Melquiades Gaztea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 46th minute Eusebio Cordarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Gaztea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justo Gomesano made a kick off. Teobaldo Truylos might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrique Batista. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teobaldo Truylos ran back to his position shaking his head. Melquiades Gaztea made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Eusebio Cordarin sent off a good shot on target. Eliseo Dantae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xeneizes's Ernesto Sanduru was substituted for Teodosio Hermon. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teobaldo Truylos in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Batista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Cordareo in the 73rd minute of play forced Xeneizes's goalkeeper Enrique Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Aristides Balesio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Teobaldo Truylos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Modesto Cordareo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Enrique Batista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Xeneizes defense, Justo Gomesano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrique Batista. The Xeneizes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enrique Batista should have stopped the shot. Teobaldo Truylos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Batista having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Justo Gomesano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Federico Crispo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, 刀モ尸ロ尺イﾉレロ イﾉG尺モら™'s Prudencio Nel got a free kick in the 89th minute. 90 minutes into the match, 刀モ尸ロ尺イﾉレロ イﾉG尺モら™'s goal looked a bit too open when Lucca Langoni came free, but Melquiades Gaztea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Xeneizes supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Xeneizes would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
