Alfred Sowa made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Justo Gomesano sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When Miroslaw Gollob came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the BESTIA GDAŃSK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miroslaw Gollob couldn't finish the play. Leon Bazan hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute Justo Gomesano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Sowa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
