After having played for 18 minutes, King Scorpio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A4p FC Gad's supporters crossed their fingers, but King Scorpio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dumitru Purcărete in the 20th minute of the match. In the 24th minute Dumitru Purcărete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from James Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. King Scorpio scored 3-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pankracy Glogowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
