Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) Peruanton Tamayo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Damian Zahonero hit a great ball. In the 10thth minute of the game Peruanton Tamayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Singapore's Shah Braddell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Shah Braddell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peruanton Tamayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dani Hernández showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Chian, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 25th minute, Peruanton Tamayo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Shah Braddell. The goal made the score 2-1. With a little luck, Singapore's Shah Braddell got control of the ball when Peruanton Tamayo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Singapore's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fernando Arango took the corner. The corner led Venezuela's Fernando Arango to fire away a dangerous shot which Shah Braddell despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 35th minute Mujahid Sim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dani Hernández saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Peruanton Tamayo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Shah Braddell, 3-1. Dani Hernández made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mujahid Sim in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46thth minute of the game Peruanton Tamayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Singapore's Shah Braddell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Mark Chian made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Camavinga to maneuver through the defense. 52 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Dani Hernández had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mark Chian. Peruanton Tamayo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shah Braddell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In the 59th minute Peruanton Tamayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shah Braddell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60 played minutes Singapore got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Tan. After 62 played minutes Singapore got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Tan. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos-Henrique Cabezudo to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Failde scored 4-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Shah Braddell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Antonio Failde came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Failde couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute Alexander Tan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dani Hernández saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 played minutes Singapore got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Tan. Dani Hernández took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudy Chandran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Singapore defense, Antonio Failde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shah Braddell. The Singapore fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shah Braddell should have stopped the shot. Singapore's Adam Seng was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 92nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Venezuela's Dani Hernández played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Chian in the 96th minute of play. Venezuela's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
