In the 11th minute Medero Gadea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Klysnov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Schroeder made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Seed Town West's Manfred Hamade. With a little luck, Seed Town West's Einar Klysnov got control of the ball when Medero Gadea tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Olympique Fribourg's Téo Savion slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Einar Klysnov. That made the score 1-0 after 27 minutes of play. Patrick Knechtli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mai Quan Peng in the 32nd minute of the match. Mai Quan Peng's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrick Knechtli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Seed Town West were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Olympique Fribourg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaspar Mascarenhas took the corner. After 36 played minutes Seed Town West got a freekick which was hit by Louis Halmsted. In the 37th minute, Haroldo Napier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Olympique Fribourg's goal looked a bit too open when Mai Quan Peng came free, but Patrick Knechtli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olympique Fribourg's Patrick Knechtli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Napier in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Olympique Fribourg's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Napier came free, but Patrick Knechtli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Mai Quan Peng left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seed Town West fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mai Quan Peng to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Mai Quan Peng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrick Knechtli was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. When Seed Town West's Mai Quan Peng in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Einar Klysnov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Seed Town West made a substitution. Sofus Sorvad replaced Gregers Kumler. Seed Town West's Boye Brøning was substituted for Manfred Hamade. After 75 minutes of play, Olympique Fribourg's Raik Topuz made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Einar Klysnov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Seed Town West were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Olympique Fribourg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaspar Mascarenhas took the corner. Seed Town West's Gaspar Mascarenhas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Patrick Knechtli in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fillip Sivananda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Seed Town West made a substitution. Lennart Jungschlager replaced Fillip Sivananda. When Sofus Sorvad fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seed Town West's protests and gave Sofus Sorvad a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Seed Town West getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Sofus Sorvad hit a great ball.
