Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octave Soetemans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roch Dejo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Manuel Campens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octave Soetemans hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marek Czech in the 95th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Manuel Campens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
