Teofilo Esdras showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Denis Paulin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Inautzi in the 13th minute of play. If Joaquin Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Defensores de Lombroso's Denis Paulin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Shepherd in the 23rd minute of play. Denis Paulin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Jon in the 27th minute of play. CeciForEver's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Roman Riquelme 42 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filomeno Jon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Defensores de Lombroso getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ricardo Caetano hit a great ball. Defensores de Lombroso made a substitution. Elian Müller replaced Ubaldo Gelacio. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Lombroso's Ricardo Caetano got a free kick in the 58th minute. Denis Paulin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Jon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elian Müller in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fermin Basajaun saved CeciForEver from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Jon in the 73rd minute of play forced Defensores de Lombroso's goalkeeper Denis Paulin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of CeciForEver booed when Defensores de Lombroso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Caetano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Leopoldo Loco in the 76th minute really tested Denis Paulin's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of CeciForEver booed when Defensores de Lombroso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Czermak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fermin Basajaun came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Defensores de Lombroso's Elian Müller. But to his dismay, Elian Müller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 87th minute, Godfredo Gau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Defensores de Lombroso fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Elian Müller scored 6-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fermin Basajaun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the match, Roman Riquelme notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of CeciForEver's Fermin Basajaun. Fermin Basajaun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
