Ilkka Markkula showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosario Escobar in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 3rd minute of the match, Rosario Escobar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ilkka Markkula saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gav Smith got free with Ilkka Markkula in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th match minute, Murcia Promesas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gav Smith to maneuver through the defense. Raimundo Tupper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Murcia Promesas's zone, Raimundo Tupper stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Moya came out of the goal and Raimundo Tupper tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the game, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Raimundo Tupper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manuel Moya made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 25 minutes of play, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Raimundo Tupper made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Moya was left in no man's land by his defense there! Manuel Moya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Podador Raheiro's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Murcia Promesas's Manuel Moya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yan Zhi Chuan in the 32nd minute of play. Club Deportes Santa Cruz were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Murcia Promesas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Qu Zheng Song took the corner. After taking down the ball on Club Deportes Santa Cruz's corner Qu Zheng Song fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Manuel Moya quite easily take care of the ball. After 36 minutes of play, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Raimundo Tupper made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Moya was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yan Zhi Chuan took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manuel Moya. Manuel Moya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Podador Raheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

With 54 minutes on the clock, Diego Velázquez commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. If Raimundo Tupper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Murcia Promesas's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Navia came free, but Manuel Moya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Silvio Navia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Moya. Murcia Promesas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvio Navia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Murcia Promesas's goalkeeper Manuel Moya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Club Deportes Santa Cruz were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Murcia Promesas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Qu Zheng Song took the corner. The corner led Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Qu Zheng Song to fire away a dangerous shot which Manuel Moya despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Murcia Promesas's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Tupper came free, but Manuel Moya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 played minutes Murcia Promesas got a freekick which was hit by Tome Martin. Manuel Moya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yan Zhi Chuan in the 78th minute of play. Raimundo Tupper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Alvaro Muno got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Manuel Moya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yan Zhi Chuan in the 85th minute of play. If Raimundo Tupper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Qu Zheng Song during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Club Deportes Santa Cruz getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Qu Zheng Song hit a great ball. Rosario Escobar struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Ilkka Markkula didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Murcia Promesas. Manuel Moya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yan Zhi Chuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 97 minutes into the game, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Raimundo Tupper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manuel Moya made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Shi Yuan might have been able to make a better finish in the 99th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manuel Moya. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Shi Yuan ran back to his position shaking his head. The Murcia Promesas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Deportes Santa Cruz were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
