After 3 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by William Villanueva. Patxi Diaz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcelo Barovero. GuateFortín's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Manuel Moya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Villanueva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If William Villanueva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Moya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vali Cornoiu in the 9th minute of play. In the 11thth minute of the game Vali Cornoiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Murcia Promesas's Manuel Moya was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of Murcia Promesas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of GuateFortín:s goal. Vali Cornoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcelo Barovero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosario Escobar in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thiago Almada to maneuver through the defense. Murcia Promesas's Manuel Moya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Almada in the 24th minute of play. GuateFortín's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Efrain Peredes in the 25th minute. The corner led to GuateFortín's Abel Ribeiro getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When GuateFortín's Vali Cornoiu in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Murcia Promesas's goalie prevented a goal. In the 30th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense. Gav Smith's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcelo Barovero firmly grabbed it by the left post. Manuel Moya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vali Cornoiu's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Rosario Escobar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcelo Barovero came out and tried to block the shot, but Rosario Escobar slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 34th minute. William Villanueva spun around in front of the goal 37 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Murcia Promesas's goal. With a little luck, GuateFortín's Marcelo Barovero got control of the ball when Gav Smith tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gav Smith made the kick off in the second half. Vali Cornoiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Moya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute GuateFortín were awarded a corner. Efrain Peredes went to the cornerflag to take it. Manuel Moya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vali Cornoiu in the 69th minute. Manuel Moya was a little too slow when Vali Cornoiu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 1-2. GuateFortín's Dirk Behrens was substituted for Thiago Almada. Murcia Promesas's Tome Martin was substituted for Ziggy Zaga. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Miguel Ángel Benito took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Manuel Moya to make any attempt to save it. In the 81st minute Rosario Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Barovero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosario Escobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the game, one of Murcia Promesas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Murcia Promesas:s Manuel Moya showed great skill when he stopped Efrain Peredes:s penalty. 86 minutes into the match, Efrain Peredes notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Murcia Promesas's Manuel Moya. Manuel Moya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Miguel Ángel Benito received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Manuel Moya came out and tried to block the shot, but Miguel Ángel Benito slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 97th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. GuateFortín walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
