Võ Gozali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnout Hindriks, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

53 minutes into the match, JFSP's goal looked a bit too open when Arnout Hindriks came free, but Võ Gozali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heavenly Hooters's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Calvin Pilkington in the 54th minute. Gwyn Bridgeman hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute Calvin Pilkington shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Võ Gozali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Heavenly Hooters's zone, Flaco López stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bill Quinn came out of the goal and Flaco López tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. JFSP were furious when Maurício Pires was red carded, 67 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of JFSP:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Heavenly Hooters:s goal. Võ Gozali stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnout Hindriks's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. A collision led to Heavenly Hooters getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Vic Bow hit a great ball. Heavenly Hooters's Martin Dwyer was substituted for Arnout Hindriks. After 75 played minutes Heavenly Hooters got a freekick which was hit by Vic Bow. A collision led to JFSP getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Flaco López hit a great ball. Heavenly Hooters's Jeff Lincoln was substituted for Jack Santos. In the 79th minute, Flaco López hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Võ Gozali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Dwyer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. JFSP's Võ Gozali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Dwyer in the 95th minute of play. Võ Gozali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calvin Pilkington in the 97th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
