The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Padro got free with Marciano Domeka in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marciano Domeka was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Mariano Santxol capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mariano Santxol really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. David Gaur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nereo Nesor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Domeka having to interfere. In the 28thth minute of the game Mariano Santxol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobos de Carelia's Marciano Domeka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of C. A. Atlanta booed when Lobos de Carelia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Jaizki didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mario Padro was the one to do the kick off. Marciano Domeka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Padro in the 56th minute of the match.
