Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tincho Palermo in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Ponc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rd minute, Ali Hamza Gündüz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Fernendo in the 27th minute of play forced CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's goalkeeper Benito Michael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Feliciano Fernendo sped through CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Michael. Tincho Palermo might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ariel Ponc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tincho Palermo ran back to his position shaking his head. Ariel Ponc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tincho Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ariel Ponc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tincho Palermo in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Tincho Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Ponc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Villa Mitre City getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Mario Sein hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tincho Palermo to strike the kick off in the second half. Ariel Ponc came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Tincho Palermo. But to his dismay, Tincho Palermo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 61 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre City's goal looked a bit too open when Tincho Palermo came free, but Ariel Ponc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rdth minute of the game Tincho Palermo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Ciprian Răuțchi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ariel Ponc was relentless in the 84th minute of the game.
