In the 4th minute, Enzo Azzolina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Nizam Ruhsat took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marco van Bommel to make any attempt to save it. Nizam Ruhsat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Marco van Bommel made a huge save. Arif Akçabay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Cardella's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Arif Akçabay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Cardella in the 15th minute of the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Augusto Cardella who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bayburt SK ☪'s Arif Akçabay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arif Akçabay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Azzolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Vercelli FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Augusto Cardella hit a great ball. A collision led to Bayburt SK ☪ getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Okaner Özmert hit a great ball. Carter Busillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Arif Akçabay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bayburt SK ☪ were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Vercelli FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaroslaw Rydzewski took the corner. Baybars Uzman kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, Vercelli FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedele Di Lorenzo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Bayburt SK ☪'s Kılıç Tuğbay got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute of the match Enzo Azzolina shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arif Akçabay showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bayburt SK ☪'s Arif Akçabay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Cardella in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hazım Ulukan to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hazım Ulukan in the 51st minute of play forced Vercelli FC's goalkeeper Marco van Bommel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Cardella's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Arif Akçabay skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hazım Ulukan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Augusto Cardella's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arif Akçabay was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Vercelli FC were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Bayburt SK ☪'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Enzo Azzolina took the corner. The long shot by Enzo Azzolina in the 63rd minute really tested Arif Akçabay's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Vercelli FC's Marco van Bommel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nizam Ruhsat in the 65th minute of play. Marco van Bommel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hazım Ulukan in the 72nd minute of play. Okaner Özmert's late challenge caught a Vercelli FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Okaner Özmert helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Okaner Özmert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78th play minutes Augusto Cardella shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Arif Akçabay and just under the crossbar into goal. Hazım Ulukan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Edmondo Staniscia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Atahan Tuyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Cardella got free with Arif Akçabay in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vercelli FC were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Bayburt SK ☪'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Enzo Azzolina took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Enzo Azzolina got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arif Akçabay quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
