The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Arsenal London's Toomas Orupõld got a free kick in the 5th minute. Walmyr Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Sobol in the 7th minute of play. After having played for 8 minutes, Dinu Zub managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal London's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dinu Zub was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Walmyr Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Sobol in the 10th minute of play. Walmyr Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Sobol in the 14th minute of the match. A collision led to Arsenal London getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Arda Ozan Seylan hit a great ball. Orest Illyaschuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Puchkov in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Ivan Sobol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walmyr Rossi. LIVERPOOL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Sobol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ivan Sobol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Walmyr Rossi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Jeremie Thielemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, LIVERPOOL's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Zub came free, but Walmyr Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Puchkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orest Illyaschuk having to interfere. In the 30thth minute of the game Ivan Sobol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LIVERPOOL's Walmyr Rossi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Walmyr Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toomas Orupõld in the 31st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dinu Zub in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walmyr Rossi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ivan Sobol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arsenal London made a substitution. Håkan Sigfridsson replaced Akif Canıtez. After the first half Arsenal London were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bogdan Puchkov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Dinu Zub sped through LIVERPOOL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Walmyr Rossi. Walmyr Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Zub, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Orest Illyaschuk came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by LIVERPOOL's Pawel Marud. But to his dismay, Pawel Marud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Orest Illyaschuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Puchkov in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, LIVERPOOL's goalkeeper Walmyr Rossi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivan Sobol. With his leg Walmyr Rossi managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Arsenal London's Ivan Sobol fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 76 minutes into the match, Dinu Zub notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of LIVERPOOL's Walmyr Rossi. Walmyr Rossi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Walmyr Rossi made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Toomas Orupõld sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute of the match, Toomas Orupõld got a very nice opportunity to score, but Walmyr Rossi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 82ndth minute of the game Dinu Zub who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LIVERPOOL's Walmyr Rossi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to LIVERPOOL getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Mariano Firme hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, LIVERPOOL's goalkeeper Walmyr Rossi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivan Sobol. After 93 played minutes LIVERPOOL got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Erlantz.
