Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when David Martynov kicked off to start the match. With an all-out effort, Ultimatum's Kasım Nevzat threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from David Martynov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kasım Nevzat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Martynov in the 6th minute of play. After 12 minutes Karelia FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Timur Baklanovskiy who took care of the corner kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Ultimatum's David Martynov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kasım Nevzat. That made the score 1-0 after 21 minutes of play. Egor Tarasov was extremely unlucky when he, in the 26th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Kasım Nevzat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Martynov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Trifon Buryak got free with Kasım Nevzat in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Ultimatum booed when Karelia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Gavrilov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vasiliy Gryaznovo hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Timur Baklanovskiy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andrey Balibardin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Kasım Nevzat made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felix Dubinskiy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Ultimatum's Trifon Buryak in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karelia FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Egor Tarasov came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Ultimatum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egor Tarasov couldn't finish the play. David Martynov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasım Nevzat having to interfere. Kasım Nevzat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Martynov in the 62nd minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Karelia FC's Felix Dubinskiy in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ultimatum's goalie prevented a goal. Egor Tarasov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Karelia FC's Viktor Gavrilov got a free kick in the 75th minute. Kasım Nevzat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egor Tarasov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, David Martynov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kasım Nevzat. Karelia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Martynov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Egor Tarasov kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Kasım Nevzat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Martynov in the 93rd minute of play. Ultimatum walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
