The crowd rose to their feet as A.S. Udinese's Alessio Zoccali slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fortunato Muro. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. Duran Mukerrem might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alvaro Rotili. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Duran Mukerrem ran back to his position shaking his head. Alvaro Rotili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duran Mukerrem in the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Alessio Zoccali shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Muro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juventus F.C.'s Fortunato Muro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessio Zoccali in the 10th minute of play. Juventus F.C.'s Fortunato Muro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Juventus F.C. from getting a goal against them. Alvaro Rotili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Petricca in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Menendo in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Rotili prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alvaro Rotili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duran Mukerrem in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes in the game Alejandro dos Santos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Dennis Iezzi. 24 minutes into the game, Cristiano Paolucci threw the ball into play from the sideline. Juventus F.C.'s Alejandro dos Santos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A.S. Udinese's Alvaro Rotili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duran Mukerrem in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Duran Mukerrem's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvaro Rotili was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Duran Mukerrem in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Rotili saved A.S. Udinese from getting behind. Alessio Zoccali's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fortunato Muro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Fortunato Muro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Bottone in the 37th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Juventus F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alessio Zoccali came free, but Fortunato Muro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fortunato Muro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessio Zoccali, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a defensive mix-up in A.S. Udinese's zone, Duran Mukerrem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Rotili came out of the goal and Duran Mukerrem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A.S. Udinese's Alberigo Di Franco was substituted for Augusto Clemente. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alessio Zoccali made a kick off. Fortunato Muro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessio Zoccali, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Fortunato Muro came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by A.S. Udinese's Alessio Zoccali. But to his dismay, Alessio Zoccali quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. A.S. Udinese made a substitution. Merexildo Oliveras replaced Bianco De Vito. A.S. Udinese made a substitution. Alexander Damiani replaced Bruno Maranzano. A.S. Udinese's Alvaro Rotili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Menendo in the 70th minute of play. After 71 minutes of play, A.S. Udinese's Alessio Zoccali made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fortunato Muro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alvaro Rotili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duran Mukerrem in the 76th minute of play. Corrado Falasca charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Corrado Falasca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Juventus F.C. made a substitution. Han Shi Fan replaced Duran Mukerrem. In the 80th minute, Corrado Falasca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvaro Rotili made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Dino Petricca sent off a good shot on target. Juventus F.C.'s Fortunato Muro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Bottone in the 84th minute of play. Fortunato Muro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessio Zoccali in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Juventus F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Bottone came free, but Fortunato Muro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alessio Zoccali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Muro having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 94 minutes into the game, when Anton Scutaru put in a rough tackle. In the 94th minute, one of Juventus F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Juventus F.C.. 98 minutes into the match, Juventus F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alessio Zoccali came free, but Fortunato Muro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Juventus F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for A.S. Udinese.
