The audience thought a goal was coming when Amílcar Leiria got free with Dionisio Iyan in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgardo Cosca hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Suprs Academia's Hermínio Nunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico Larabiedra in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Cosca in the 9th minute of play forced Telecaster's goalkeeper Dionisio Iyan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Chico Larabiedra came free, but Hermínio Nunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Wiliam Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Iyan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Telecaster's Desiderio Handi got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 25 minutes of play, Suprs Academia's Wiliam Queiroz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Iyan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dionisio Iyan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgardo Cosca in the 28th minute. Chico Larabiedra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermínio Nunes having to interfere. Telecaster's Dionisio Iyan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Telecaster from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Suprs Academia's Wiliam Queiroz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 40th minute of the match Suprs Academia got a corner. Telecaster's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wiliam Queiroz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Amílcar Leiria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dionisio Iyan was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 48 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Amílcar Leiria sped through Telecaster's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dionisio Iyan. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arif Nihat Albayrak to make the kick off. When Telecaster's Arif Nihat Albayrak in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Suprs Academia's goalie prevented a goal. In the 58th minute, Edgardo Cosca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dionisio Iyan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiliam Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Telecaster's goal looked a bit too open when Wiliam Queiroz came free, but Dionisio Iyan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes Suprs Academia got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Gago. Carlos Gago hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Suprs Academia's Hermínio Nunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Suprs Academia from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute Edgardo Cosca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Iyan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dionisio Iyan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Cosca, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Wiliam Queiroz made a great header on Suprs Academia's corner, it was just that Telecaster's Dionisio Iyan managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 89th minute, Cristiano Messi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robert Dinamite struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Dionisio Iyan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Suprs Academia. Hermínio Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stipe Pačić in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Telecaster booed when Suprs Academia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Cosca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chico Larabiedra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Telecaster players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Suprs Academia.
