With a little luck, SC Braga's Antonio Adán got control of the ball when Jorge Paixão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcus Abrahamsson came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Braga's Zigmantas Gimbutas. But to his dismay, Zigmantas Gimbutas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Antonio Adán made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Paixão in the 77th minute. SC Braga's Edgar Figari quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Long Feng Quan, made in the 78th minute of the game. After having played for 79 minutes, Edgar Figari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Braga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Figari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcus Abrahamsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zigmantas Gimbutas in the 84th minute of play. Marcus Abrahamsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zigmantas Gimbutas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Figari kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
