The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jens-Ola Strömbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Przemyslaw Smolarek in the 4th minute of play. Simon Kvarnström kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Pork Eating Crusader's Witomir Jarocewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maciej Kensicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Villiam Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Jens-Ola Strömbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Ayala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Golden Lions FC defense, Fryderyk Hendzel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Ola Strömbom. The Golden Lions FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Ola Strömbom should have stopped the shot. After 32 minutes Golden Lions FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Witomir Jarocewicz who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Edelmiro Ayala managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fryderyk Hendzel in the 35th minute of play forced Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Strömbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Villiam Olofsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maciej Kensicki having to interfere. In the 38thth minute of the game Villiam Olofsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pork Eating Crusader's Maciej Kensicki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Golden Lions FC's Jens-Ola Strömbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Ayala in the 40th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Pork Eating Crusader's goalkeeper Maciej Kensicki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Villiam Olofsson. 44 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Ayala came free, but Jens-Ola Strömbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fryderyk Hendzel took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens-Ola Strömbom. Jens-Ola Strömbom dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After the first half Pork Eating Crusader were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Villiam Olofsson to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maciej Kensicki was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 57th minute, Fryderyk Koczara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Golden Lions FC's Jens-Ola Strömbom got control of the ball when Edelmiro Ayala tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Strömbom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fryderyk Hendzel. Villiam Olofsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th play minute Fryderyk Hendzel came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jens-Ola Strömbom. 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villiam Olofsson in the 79th minute of play forced Pork Eating Crusader's goalkeeper Maciej Kensicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golden Lions FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bengt Lindman in the 80th minute. A nice corner shot did that Bengt Lindman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Maciej Kensicki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Maciej Kensicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villiam Olofsson in the 88th minute of play. Aleksander Mroczynski made in the 90th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Golden Lions FC's Håkan Hamberg. The Pork Eating Crusader players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
