Zenon Bronicki charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Zenon Bronicki hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Kostas Kanonidis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Roch Psotka made a huge save. Kostas Kanonidis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roch Psotka came out and tried to block the shot, but Kostas Kanonidis slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 34th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Andreas Daskalakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC Ajax's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreas Daskalakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roch Psotka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the RW AHLEN-KNURÓW defense, Kostas Kanonidis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roch Psotka. The RW AHLEN-KNURÓW fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roch Psotka should have stopped the shot. Kostas Kanonidis came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
