Gigel Tilea came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Oflador FC 2003's Felix Lehior. But to his dismay, Felix Lehior quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gigel Tilea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Lehior in the 19th minute of the match. Emilio Bibiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorel Nedelciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's Felix Lehior sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gigel Tilea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gigel Tilea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Lehior, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Emilio Bibiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorel Nedelciu in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorel Nedelciu in the 30th minute of play forced Oflador FC 2003's goalkeeper Emilio Bibiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nestor Ayala kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Mihai Oniga charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mihai Oniga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Academia Rio's Mihai Oniga got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Felix Lehior took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gigel Tilea. Gigel Tilea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 42 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Dorel Nedelciu came free, but Emilio Bibiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Oflador FC 2003 booed when Academia Rio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorel Nedelciu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cornel Poplăcan was the one to do the kick off. Aurelio Dei kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Dorel Nedelciu came free, but Emilio Bibiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute Dorel Nedelciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Bibiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Coșeriu came free, but Emilio Bibiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Oflador FC 2003's Felix Lehior ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gigel Tilea. Gigel Tilea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Gigel Tilea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Magdaleno, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Emilio Bibiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moisés Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Felix Lehior who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Gigel Tilea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Felix Lehior kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gigel Tilea. That made the score 0-4 in the 81 minute of play. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Codrin Ionete sped through Oflador FC 2003's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Emilio Bibiano. Gigel Tilea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Lehior in the 94th minute. Oflador FC 2003's Emilio Bibiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergiu Coșeriu in the 97th minute of play. Oflador FC 2003's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
