The audience was convinced that Agnaldo Lopes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mario Eladio was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. After 6 minutes of play, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Agnaldo Lopes made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mario Eladio was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Agnaldo Lopes in the 9th minute of play forced F. C. Solitario's goalkeeper Mario Eladio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Agnaldo Lopes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. F. C. Solitario's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Agnaldo Lopes 15 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Mario Eladio was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Agnaldo Lopes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Agnaldo Lopes really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Mario Eladio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Lopes in the 21st minute of the match. Nicasio Arnau kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Tomas Dimo's late challenge caught a PEÇONHENTO FC MG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Dimo helped the player get up and apologised. Tomas Dimo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Mario Eladio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Agnaldo Lopes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 29 minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, one of F. C. Solitario:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 5-0 came through a penalty shot after 34 played minutes, when PEÇONHENTO FC MG:s Agnaldo Lopes calmly waited for F. C. Solitario:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Agnaldo Lopes let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 37th minute shot 6-0 at rihgt post. In the 44th minute, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Agnaldo Lopes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agnaldo Lopes made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Agnaldo Lopes notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of F. C. Solitario's Mario Eladio. Mario Eladio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Agnaldo Lopes put it in 10-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mario Eladio. 57 minutes into the match, Agnaldo Lopes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mario Eladio. F. C. Solitario's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agnaldo Lopes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agnaldo Lopes in the 60th minute of play forced F. C. Solitario's goalkeeper Mario Eladio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Eladio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agnaldo Lopes, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After 64 minutes of play, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Agnaldo Lopes made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mario Eladio was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the F. C. Solitario defense, Agnaldo Lopes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mario Eladio. The F. C. Solitario fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mario Eladio should have stopped the shot. Mario Eladio came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Agnaldo Lopes. But to his dismay, Agnaldo Lopes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. Joel Frances's late challenge caught a PEÇONHENTO FC MG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Frances helped the player get up and apologised. 75 minutes into the game, one of F. C. Solitario:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 77th minute there was a penalty for PEÇONHENTO FC MG. Agnaldo Lopes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mario Eladio. 15-0. Robustiano Karlo charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robustiano Karlo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th match minute, F. C. Solitario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Karlo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in F. C. Solitario's zone, Agnaldo Lopes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Eladio came out of the goal and Agnaldo Lopes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mario Eladio came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Agnaldo Lopes. But to his dismay, Agnaldo Lopes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agnaldo Lopes in the 91st minute of play forced F. C. Solitario's goalkeeper Mario Eladio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute Agnaldo Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
