Codrin Vancea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Matildo Watkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ubaldo Matildo Watkins took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Codrin Vancea. Codrin Vancea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Olimpiu Trişcu's late challenge caught a Säfvahöjden's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olimpiu Trişcu helped the player get up and apologised. Ares FC -MM-'s Codrin Vancea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Brun in the 18th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Ares FC -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Iacob Plăcintă. In the 20th minute, Ubaldo Matildo Watkins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ares FC -MM- fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Säfvahöjden a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Henrik Andersson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ares FC -MM-'s Codrin Vancea. 0-2. Lucrețiu Gologan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. August Hamnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ares FC -MM- were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Säfvahöjden's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eamon Ares took the corner. A collision led to Säfvahöjden getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Nicky Butt hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

With a little luck, Ares FC -MM-'s Codrin Vancea got control of the ball when Henrik Andersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 52nd minute, Ubaldo Matildo Watkins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Säfvahöjden fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Henrik Andersson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Codrin Vancea made a huge save. Säfvahöjden's Magne Hansson was substituted for Bastiaro Bey. After 60 played minutes Ares FC -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Iacob Plăcintă. Codrin Vancea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Måns Godholm in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Andersson in the 62nd minute of play forced Ares FC -MM-'s goalkeeper Codrin Vancea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Codrin Vancea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Måns Godholm in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cazimir Dijmărescu in the 66th minute of play forced Säfvahöjden's goalkeeper August Hamnberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Säfvahöjden's August Hamnberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidiu Dobrica in the 67th minute of play. Joakim Hammarström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Codrin Vancea made a huge save. Måns Godholm showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. After a rather tough play, Ares FC -MM-'s Basarab Stejaru got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ares FC -MM-'s goalkeeper Codrin Vancea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magne Hansson in the 90th minute of play forced Ares FC -MM-'s goalkeeper Codrin Vancea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Codrin Vancea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Andersson in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Säfvahöjden had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
