Guust Bauwens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guust Bauwens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Matildo Watkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Julien Cappels fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fox Hunting Squad's protests and gave Julien Cappels a yellow card for diving instead. After 21 played minutes Fox Hunting Squad got a freekick which was hit by Julien Cappels. Säfvahöjden were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Fox Hunting Squad's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Michel Brun took the corner. After 47 played minutes Fox Hunting Squad got a freekick which was hit by Frederic Van Clijnenbreugel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Matildo Watkins in the 48th minute of play forced Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Guust Bauwens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Fox Hunting Squad players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Säfvahöjden were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daan Ooms was the one to do the kick off. 60 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Matildo Watkins came free, but Guust Bauwens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Frederic Van Clijnenbreugel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Säfvahöjden's Måns Godholm was substituted for Ubaldo Matildo Watkins. Guust Bauwens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fox Hunting Squad were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Säfvahöjden's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Julien Cappels took the corner. The crowd rose to their feet as Säfvahöjden's Henrik Andersson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Guust Bauwens. That made the score 0-3 after 86 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Magne Hansson got free with Guust Bauwens in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the match, Måns Godholm notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Fox Hunting Squad's Guust Bauwens. Guust Bauwens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guust Bauwens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Måns Godholm in the 95th minute of the match. Säfvahöjden's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
