The referee ignored Berni y Benja FC's protests and gave Berni Bengi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th match minute, Berni y Benja FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berni Bengi to maneuver through the defense. Marcelino Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos da Costa in the 13th minute of play. Dorival Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Eliseo Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Almir Faria having to interfere. Berni y Benja FC made a substitution. Jonathan Atarrabi replaced Berni Bengi. Compostela FSCMZ's Romário Borges was substituted for Gilmar Paes. Berni y Benja FC's Wilfredo Orlondo was substituted for Bruno Froila. Berni y Benja FC's Mateo Peruxu was substituted for Gonzalo Gustau.
