Benedykt Marosz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benedykt Marosz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Proença in the 21st minute of the match. Vítor Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Lepucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 25th play minute Geovani Dantas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benedykt Marosz. 3-0. The audience was convinced that Napoleon Mondrowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vítor Saraiva was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. The goalkeeper, Benedykt Marosz, was totally fooled by Imbituba - FSCMZ's Nico Rodrigues, who 50 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Napoleon Mondrowski made a kick off. Radomir Marud kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisão Queiroz in the 59th minute of play forced MZ Wodzisław Śląski's goalkeeper Benedykt Marosz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Benedykt Marosz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovani Dantas in the 61st minute of play. In the 66th minute, Christian Proença got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 70 played minutes MZ Wodzisław Śląski got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Marud. Benedykt Marosz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Proença, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the game, Filip Wawro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Léo Falcão quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to MZ Wodzisław Śląski getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Radomir Marud hit a great ball. Luisão Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Dariusz Lepucki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Saraiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute of the match MZ Wodzisław Śląski got a corner. Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Radomir Marud ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 96th minute Christian Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedykt Marosz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Proença in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benedykt Marosz saved MZ Wodzisław Śląski from getting behind. There was no doubt that Imbituba - FSCMZ were the better team. Imbituba - FSCMZ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
