After 6 played minutes Kültepe Spor Kulübü got a freekick which was hit by Kerim Orgunalp. In the 7th minute, Alf Spinrath made a precise shot to the right of Rüknettin Demirbaş. Kültepe Spor Kulübü's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 16 played minutes Kültepe Spor Kulübü got a freekick which was hit by Gürkan Bahadıroğlu. After 17 minutes of play, Fc Schönhagen's Olav Scheffler made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rüknettin Demirbaş was left in no man's land by his defense there! İskender Necat did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Gerhard Martin Denck 23 minutes into the match. Gerhard Martin Denck was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Basri Ortaç showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 25 minute of play. Rüknettin Demirbaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Lämmel in the 28th minute of play. Basri Ortaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerhard Martin Denck having to interfere. Gerhard Martin Denck was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kerim Orgunalp showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 37 minute of play. Kerim Orgunalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerhard Martin Denck having to interfere. Gerhard Martin Denck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Korhan Balıkçıoğlu in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roland Lämmel to make the kick off. Rüknettin Demirbaş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roland Lämmel in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, Fc Schönhagen's Giovane Dollberg got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Schönhagen's zone, Cihangir Saru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerhard Martin Denck came out of the goal and Cihangir Saru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rüknettin Demirbaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Lämmel, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute, Korhan Balıkçıoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İskender Necat charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed İskender Necat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Fc Schönhagen booed when Kültepe Spor Kulübü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. İskender Necat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79thth minute of the game Kerim Orgunalp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Schönhagen's Gerhard Martin Denck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goal looked a bit too open when Korhan Balıkçıoğlu came free, but Gerhard Martin Denck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fc Schönhagen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roland Lämmel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giovane Dollberg kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
