Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gabriel Velazquez started the match with the kick off. Vaqueteros FC's Salvador Espiridion got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gabriel Velazquez's late challenge caught a Vaqueteros FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Velazquez helped the player get up and apologised. Gabriel Velazquez hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After 16 played minutes Fenerbahçe S.K. got a freekick which was hit by Toussaint Goddu. When Dan Bisson fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahçe S.K.'s protests and gave Dan Bisson a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Vaqueteros FC's Bernardino Lano got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Vaqueteros FC were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Fenerbahçe S.K.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bernardino Lano took the corner. After taking down the ball on Vaqueteros FC's corner Bernardino Lano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robert Charles quite easily take care of the ball. In the 28th minute Vaqueteros FC were awarded a corner. Bernardino Lano went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Vaqueteros FC's corner Tiburcio Txanton fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robert Charles quite easily take care of the ball. The Vaqueteros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 43rd minute, Bernardino Lano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Txanton in the 44th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe S.K.'s goalkeeper Robert Charles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Charles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Lano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Vaqueteros FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The long shot by Amador Sauveur in the 81st minute really tested Robert Charles's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Bernardino Lanos short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Robert Charles to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Robert Charles managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Vaqueteros FC's Bernardino Lano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ciriaco Cordarrol hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Robert Charles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Lano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Vaqueteros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Augustin Magee came free, but Gaudencio Eufemio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbahçe S.K.'s zone, Bernardino Lano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Charles came out of the goal and Bernardino Lano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vaqueteros FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
